This weekend we went into the city and went to a really good sushi restaurant and than found the Spokane River where the water drops down in a few places. We really enjoyed walking around listening to the water falls and just being out side together. We spent an hour walking around the river going across bridges and walking as close to the falls as we could. There was one part of the falls where the mist sprayed up so much that it almost felt like we took a shower.

So we have different clothes on in some of these photos because we first went to the river on saturday night and than we went back on sunday night.

I thought that the brick building was really cool looking right next to the river.

This is our apartment that we are living in for the summer. It's one bedroom with our garage right under us. When you walk in the front door you go straight up the stairs. Its really spacious for just the Two of us. And we don't have much in it. But it works just fine for the summer.

So Kyle and I have been in Spokane for a few weeks now and the city is HUGE. There are a couple of malls here( which I am excited about), a Temple, and Walmart and Target which I can't live without. I have not gone exploring a lot but have found my way around to the real important parts. It has rained, of coarse, and now it's begining to get warm. I have been laying out on our patio the last few days to start building up my tan for the summer. I really like laying out by myself and not having anyone looking at me in my swimsuit. Spokalne is really pretty though. It is green and has lots of trees. There is also a really pretty river that runs through it. There seems to be a lot of things to do here. So I'm excited to go on some adventures with Kyle when we don't have to work or on Saturdays when we get done early.

I have been a little lonely during the day because Kyle is usually gone from 10am to about 9pm. So I try to keep myself occupied with working out, grocery shopping, cleaning, reading, and doing the little bit of office work that I have. I don't hate my job, but I will probably not do this next summer. I have to wake up at 7am to let the installers pick up their equipment and do inventory. And I usually don't go to bed until 11:30 or 12 the night before. So I don't really sleep as much as I would like. But I can't really complain because I'm sure I'm getting more sleep than other people. I am really glad that I don't have to wake up at 3am though, this is so much better than that. I do miss my husband, family, and friends. I am trying not to be too shy this summer so I can make some friends to hang out with during the day. But so far not much has progressed.

Kyle and I have been married almost 2 months. Kyle is a manager for a sales company called Linx Satellite. So he does door-to-door sales and this summer he is co-managing an office in Spokane, WA. So naturally I went with him. I'm working for Linx also as the Office Administrator. Washington is really pretty and Spokane is huge, it's so spread out. Kyle will be working six days a week and I won't see him much, so I plan on reading a lot of books and laying out by the pool. I'll have things to do for work, but that will only take up my mornings and nights. So during the day I'll be working out, reading, doing our Thank You notes, shopping, and running errands. Hopefully I won't be to lonely or bored. Kyle has been so sweet to me that I can't help but support him in anything he wants to do. If he does way good with his sales than he can earn a trip to Hawaii, that his work pays for, so that will make up for our super busy summer. I love being married to my sweet husband.
